If you need a funny (or maybe serious) photo collage for your friend's or colleague's birthday or any other special occasion, I will do it nicely nd fast for you. I am working with Adobe Photoshop. All you need is to provide me with the background picture or the pictures based on which you would like to make a collage. You can also find all the additional pictures and just send me them so I can add them to the collage, otherwise I will look for them on the Internet on my own.
